If you miss a payment, they wont notify you, but, instead, send a tech out to leave a yellow TERMINATION notice on the door, and, TERMINATE, on the spot.
They will even do this in middle of winter.
And, if you PAY THEM, they will not immediately reconnect, even knowing it is winter, with possible pipes freezing. They make you wait till next business day, even though, plenty of time on the day of disconnect.
If you QUESTION THEM, they threaten that they are operating within the guidelines of PUCO. So, take that - "customer"...z
