This company is a ripoff... a SCAM. They took over our account from Puget Sound Energy but have provided nothing. We pay $175 a year for coverage but the first time we called for a repair they charged us $250 saying the issue with the tank was not covered. Today our water heater leaked all over the floor. Contacted Grand who had a plumbing service contact us. We were then told that Grand 'no longer covers replacement heaters only for repairs'. So now, since this old tired water heater must be replaced and I will be out $2000. What is the $175 a year get me? NOTHING. Be warned and avoid this scam company
