my dog passed away they had the nerve to charge me $122 for used insurance . I been with them for 30 yrs and i think for $122 for unused and to cancel policy is terrible business policy. they only care about the money and why didnt they pic up on his kidney problems ? he had blood work before . I am sry to say steer away from this insurance and last time i was in the office it was very dirty.
