refund policy is a joke
As far as I know they sell good trips and everything is fine, but god forbids you fall sick or something else happens so that you have to cancel a trip: You still have to pay 50% of the price even though the clearly presented T&Cs (of the provider) state otherwise AND the planned trip was being cancelled by the provider anyway. I assume they hide their own refund policy purposefully really well to rip-off travelers.
