I would give No Stars if there were such a rating. I had gone to Silver Eagle to have them mount a scope for my rifle. I did not use it immediately when I got it back, but trusted they had done a proper job. However, when I went to sight it in, it was not mounted properly and it was bent. I got in touch with them and told them of the issue, and I even included pictures. I only asked for the service fee back, not even a replacement scope, because perhaps it was damaged (bent) when they got it as I had not used it in years, but it was obviously mounted improperly. At the same time, a qualified person should have noticed it was bent in the first place and recommended suggestions. Nope, it was like they gave it to some person they hired off the street and said, "hey, go screw this thing on." It even took nearly 2 months for them to even get back to me. I'll NEVER use them again to service a firearm and I would suggest you don't either.
