My Nightmare Experience with Vivalis

I ordered three bottles of Vivalis based on an ad that I had viewed. Everything seemed fine except when I received my order, it was for three bottles of Size Booster Pro. There was no explanation given for the substitution. When I asked about whether I had received the correct product, I was told that Size Booster Pro had been substituted since this was a better, more updated version of Vivalis. I asked for that explanation in writing and was told I would receive an email from a supervisor within 2 days. No email came. When I called again I was "assured" that the explanation given was correct. Yet I saw nothing on the internet or the Vivalis website to back that up. I next asked about how to take Size Booster Pro and was told to take two tablets per day, one in the morning and one at night. This did not sound right to me since the instructions on the label indicate to take one pill per day. This would also mean that I had purchased 6 weeks worth of pills, rather than three months, as indicated by the ad that I watched. Would they really sell a bottle of pills that lasted only 15 days?
Realizing I had been scammed, I asked for my money back. I was told to send my three bottles of Size Booster Pro to a post office in Aurora, CO with no return authorization number and no person's attention. This seemed rather strange to me and I asked for the return instructions in writing. This was not provided. Instead, I was assured that the return instructions were correct. So I returned my three bottles at my expense. It has now been five days since my package was received yet I have heard nothing. Stay tuned...
