THIS PLACE IS A DIASTER
I lived there for 5 years and paid my rents monthly with no complaints... moved out because the floorboards creaked everywhere and also the neighbors below me and above me and the former neighbor were all noisy with loud stereos.... they did nothing and took me a year to get the garage to stop flooding.... moved out and gave notice and did a walkthrough with one of the maintenance guys and he said everything looked fine and that because the carpet was 3 years old they would be replacing it... its been a year and i get a bill for 456 dollars from collection agency ... called parker hilltop and spoke to Sophie who said she would give my complaint to the manager... i had spent 125,000 dollars in rents for 5 years to this place . i get a call back from Patrick one of the Maintenace guys who said he was listening in on the call i made to Sophie.... he told me that i was charged because of the carpet and the place was not clean enough and one of the doors was off the hinges.... I think this is his girlfriend. What a disaster this place is.... i would never rent from these people... the apartment complex changed hands 3 times in 5 years and every time they raised THE RENTS EVERY TIME AND DID THE SAME DURING COVID AND THEN DURING COVID WOULDNT FIX ANYTHING BUT RAISED THE RENTS..... THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT THE NOISY NEIGHBORS . THE WALLS IN THIS PLACE ARE LIKE TIN CANS AND YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING IN YOUR NIGHBORS HOUSE.... THEN THEY JUSTIFY TO A FEE OF 456 DOLLARS AFTER I ALREADY HAD APPROVAL THAT EVERYTHNG WAS FINE...
