I was with the company for 2 years for payroll, business tax, and bookkeeping services. Both years they filed for an extension, and missed the extension date which I was fined for. I was given a quote for bookkeeping, then I was billed about 30% higher when taxes were due. Payroll services I was billed an extra $5 a week due to adding an employee. A month later that employee was terminated and I was still billed that additional $5 for several months until I realized and decided to end their services. Stay away, find someone better.
