Complaint against Juslaws for accepting a fee and 2 plus years later no legal service have been provided
I have lodged complaints against Juslaws with the Office of Consumer Protection Board (Thailand), the Thai Bar Association, The Lawyers Council for of Thailand for:
1. Payment of (advance) fee for no service
2. Exaggerated and/or false statement regarding services capability
3. Unfair treatment
Specifically, I named the following:
Julien Iwanicki Govrich (Partner)
Yuthana Promsin (co-Managing Partner)
Nerie Rose Fronda (Senior Client Manager)
Maverick John M. Silva (Head of Client Management)
On 22 November 2022 I contracted with Juslaws & Consult International Law Firm for legal services and paid an advance fee in full. I have never received the legal services and after multiple communications they simply haven't responded to my requests for either provision of the legal services or refund of fee.
