I scheduled a couples massage on January 22, 2025 for January 25, at 3:00. When we arrived, at 2:57, there was no receptionist. We searched for someone, and 2 therapists left their clients to come greet us. We were taken to a room, & they requested that we wait 15 minutes to finish with their current clients. The receptionist redeemed my Groupon. We waited 25 minutes & had to leave to get to our dinner reservation in time. As we were getting dressed, I noticed a pot of lotion on the table, which clearly means they double dip (very unsanitary). They could be spreading athletes feet or worse. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere due a massage.
