ANANDA Development plc is not a trustworthy company. A few years ago I bought a studio in the condominium 'IDEO Charan 70-Riverview' , built by this company in Bang Phlat, Bangkok. During the handover of the studio, which I had bought, I did not notice the chips on floor tiles in the kitchen area as their representative attracted my attention to the walls. Later on, after a few weeks, I noticed two chips on the floor tiles. I informed of that the Customer Services of ANANDA Development plc. Their technician came over soon and put the putty on those chips. That putty completely worn off within less than one year. I contacted Ananda Customer Services and asked them to resolve the issue. But they refused to sort out this problem. So, if you do not want to have any problems, I would recommend to avoid buying the property built by ANANDA Development plc.
