Yes this Clara from the legal department of PropNex is indeed very rude. Instead of addressing the agent’s issues, all blame is put on me. All this while, I did not say anything bad about that agent I have lodged a complaint. Yet in my email correspondences with this Clara from PropNex, she accused me of wasting her agent’s time by lodging a complaint against the agent. She also accused me of trying to make her agent a scapegoat. Obviously she is condoning her agent act without understanding both sides of the story. Hope karma will catch up with this Clara from the legal department of PropNex soon....
