This centre was great until it was taken over by Freedom Leisure. The staff were always friendly and really looked like they wanted to work there. This is no longer the case. Freedom Leisure only care about attracting new members and don't appear to care about loyal members of many years standing. Staff have left without being immediately replace. A complete lack of communication on the part of Freedom Leisure as to what is happening.
