DO NOT DO BUSINESS with DIGNITY MEMORIAL OR GEORGE WASHINGTON/MT LEBANON CEMETERY. They have many departments to provide various services and you can easily be misled that they are competent and have good business practices. I paid 1$6,000 for a headstone for my mother over a year ago and have no information as to whether the headstone has even been made. I have had no response from anyone at Dignity Memorial or George Washington/Mt Lebanon Cemetery. They take your number and never tell you who will return your call or when. All emails have gone unanswered. I will be starting legal proceedings now that I am clear on how unprofessional this company is and how unscrupulous their business practices are. I am writing this review to hopefully prevent other people from doing business with them. Please read reviews from others who have used their services and take them seriously!
