Mywowfit has been exactly what I needed
After a long break from working out, getting back into a routine felt impossible. I needed some guidance, and Mywowfit has been exactly what I needed. My trainer, Leidon, is a real expert and has helped me create a workout plan that works for my body and my busy schedule. He scheduled workouts via app and we meet via Zoom twice per month. It's been a great way to get back on track without feeling overwhelmed. I’m grateful for his expertise and support.
