Blue Water Capital owns Fleetsmart.net and this is my experience with how they do business: MY account manager was a girl named nelly. I tried using them for a fuel card and it was a horrible experience all the way around their app shows what the fuel price is supposed to be discounted, I would fuel up and they would only give me half the discount. when I tried contacting them, I sent screenshots as proof and suddenly no one would answer the phone or email back. well, I stopped using them and let it go. over a year later I go to set up factoring with RTS and turns out fleet smart filed a Ucc filing on my company which stops another company from factoring with me till its removed. i never signed a contract with them or agreed to factor with them. so naturally I called fleet smart. nelly told me "You can factor with us, or it will take me 30 days to submit a request to start the process to remove the ucc filing and in that time, you can't factor with anyone else "I then asked why if I never signed a contract with them they filled a ucc? she told me "i have the conversation pulled up you verbally stated you might do factoring in the future so we went ahead and filed the ucc so you'd factor with us. who dose business that way? stopping you from being able to do business to try to make you use their business? rediculous, anyways just thought you all should know. Apparently its a man named "Mr. Bell that removes the ucc and they dont know him or have a number to call him.
