Incredible Fish & Customer Service!
Saturday evening, I placed an order for 4 fish on Truxillo's website. Sunday morning, I received a call from the owner of Truxillo's, to thank me for my business and to arrange the shipping.
I have never in all the years I’ve been buying things online, been contacted by the owner of a company, and thanked for my business. Never has that happened until the day I bought fish from Truxillo's. The owner of Truxillo's made me feel appreciated and I immediately knew I was doing business with the right person.
On Monday, I received a text message letting me know my fish were on the way and what time I could pick them up at the airport that afternoon.
When I got home with my fish, I unboxed 4 of the most beautiful fish I have ever seen. Healthy, full of energy, gorgeous fish. They were packed in a cooler, which prevented the temperature from getting too hot or too cold for the fish.
I wasn’t expecting my new fish to eat dinner after their plane ride - but they did! All of them ate right away! I attribute this to the fact that they were shipped with lightning speed (not stressed too much). They weren’t in a box all day, but only for a few hours which didn’t seem to bother them that much. The reason for this is because of the way Truxillo's ships them - FAST! This is important and it ensures their safety, which I appreciate very much (and I'd bet the fish appreciate it too).
If you're looking to have the most incredible experience you can possibly have buying fish online, then purchasing your fish from Truxillo's is what you should do. The owner of Truxillo's cares about the fish he sells (which is why he ships them the way he does) and he also cares about the customers he sells them to. I know this because I’m a first-time customer of his and this is the incredible experience I had.
