D´Ieteren Lease: Not to be recommended for private car leasing
Overall bad experience with end of the car-lease. Contact with D´Ieteren Finance often very difficult: long waiting before getting somebody at the phone, not very professional response of staff, not able to provide the information that was needed, and /or not-correct information provided (for exampe: I was told that I would have a credit of over 200 Euro at the end of the lease, which actually was a debit). In brief, a not client friendly service, and a lot of inefficiency.
