These people are a joke! I've had problems with numerous orders, the box of vape pens I bought was a total loss, no consideration or refund. As a wholesale customer, I feel like I'm dealing with inexperienced, juvenile potheads instead of a business. They also want to dictate what you buy to receive a discount than providing any consideration for a discount on a large volume of what you need. I don't need gummies, only THCA flower, but their wholesale prices are as high as some reputable retail sellers. These people are clueless about their business and who they hire. No one even knows what Decarboxylate means, so how can you discuss product? After having a problem with one disrespectful rep, I contacted them and asked nicely not to deal with the gentleman any more. Instead, he's the one to respond to my message. They have NO customer service. Go somewhere else. Astria Farms is not bad, good diamonds.
