Very unprofessional. Charged my card about a week ago, did not send any updates, no tracking, no emails, nothing.
I called them 800-921-4270 four times. Once they promised to call back within 10 minutes. No one called for one hour. I had to call back again, they hanged up twice. Finally shipping manager picked up and stated that the payment did not process yet. That’s almost a week. I am probably lucky, since don't have to deal with their service, since not planning to buy anything from them in the future.
