Warning do not do business with this company !!! We bought a Nanni D4.80 engine from them. We paid them to make it an isolated ground using official Nanni parts. They started the work and never completed it. We received the engine without the completed conversion. They refused to provide us with the parts for more than two months, and in the end, they did not send anybody to install the parts, thus putting us at risk of losing our warranty. In the end their provider Kraft Power stepped in and made it right, but Hansen Marine cost us over $10,000 to resolve their mistake and they refused to stand behind failure. Never do business with them they will steal from you like they did from us, and in the end we were stranded with hurricane Beryl bearing down on us, and they still refused to help us so that we could move to safety. I approached Bob Hansen asking him to reimburse us for a portion of for our costs to fix their mistake. He swore at me and then hung up on me. Do not do business with this company!
