This is not a good work environment for professionals. You will find that people will congregate in hallways being loud and disrespectful and taking cell phone calls right next to you when you're trying to work. Management will also play favorites with its preferred members so policies will only apply to you and if you have a dispute, there is no due process. All my opinion of course
