Spent just under 12k for rebuild on truck.
Was told 2.5 week time to fix engine. Got the truck back 6 weeks later .
Had agreed on 12 months warranty before rebuild, they tried it on and didn’t want to state any kind of warranty after the job was completed.
Oil leaks started happening the day after picking up. Charged for things that were not completed. Have been back to the garage 19 times to get resolved but got no where .
Had to get independent report done on the truck as I was fed up with the lies.
They lodged with there insurance who refused to cover the costs. The garage then started Blaming the parts not workmanship 🤦♂️. Now I am out of pocket have a truck that needs a full rebuild and have suffered huge consequential lose to my business . Got truck back on the 6/8/24 . Here we are on 8/12/24 with no working truck.
Highly recommend going elsewhere and save yourself a headache, money and time.
