In a new country where I was forced to move against my will, it's Ms. Garvey who really made me feel that I was on my own and there was no hope of things ever getting better.
She never responded to my emails - except very rarely at the last minute when it was too late for me to do anything - and she showed absolutely zero concern for the details of my case and for what I needed.
