Avoid this establishment
Warning!!! Do not go here. Gave a wrong prescription and charged $700 for it. Only offered $300 back after I returned the incorrect prescription and frames back. Refused to provide a receipt for the return. I have not received a refund from them at all because it was an unacceptable amount. Bree stated this is their policy. Unethical and reporting them to the medical board, FTC and BBB. Eyemart agreed they gave me an incorrect prescription. Eyemart was only $200 and did perfect work. Report and avoid Anderson Shapiro in Middelton at all costs. Horrible providers and staff in optometry and business office to treat a patient like this.
