The positive reviews seem fabricated. In reality, this company takes payments but does not deliver any services, which amounts to a scam. Even though there were many glowing reviews, my experience was terrible, and I found no way to address the unethical practices of the company.

They often demand irrelevant documentation, and their charges are excessively high. I cannot recommend this consultant because they engage in dishonest and fraudulent behavior.
Case officers often change, leaving clients unaware of the status of their files. I do plan to visit KFA someday. However, I must mention that your receptionist was very rude during my last call. When I asked who I was speaking to, she replied, "You called me; you should know."
