Defrauded
Clyde Ross came to me in need of Construction funding May 2023. Having drawn up a signed and dated Binding Contract, from that time forward Clyde Ross has completely ignored his obligation and responsibility to honor the agreement!
Further, Clyde Ross has been evasive and refuses to answer any phone calls from me or make contact. Because of this enormous sum loaned Clyde Ross / Properties I am seeking legal counsel and going forward with litigation to Superior Court Stanly County, North Carolina.
My advice to any and all is this person is "DISHONEST" and is out for himself., willing to Cheat, Lie, Rob and Steal. I would not trust anything he says knowing how cold, hard-hearted his deliberate ruthless actions have proven. How this SHAMEFUL CONN ARTIST can sleep at night must demonstrate a total seared conscience!!
