They could not perform the work we hired them to do. We had reputable refinishing companies look at their work and everything needs to be stripped and redone, that is how poor of a job they did. They provided us a partial refund for not being able to finish the work but we are seeking a full refund now due to the work having to be redone and to fix the damage they caused in our home. We gave them three times to do the work we hired them to do and they could not. They did not do as promise, did not protect our home and damaged our home. Completely unprofessional.

I wish I could give it zero starts. Shotty work, unfinished work, damaged home property and belongings. Total liars, lack integrity. Everything listed on their website is a lie. Workers were hostile and lied to our face over and over. They ruined our hardwood floors, stairs, banisters, carpeting, cabinets and more. Simple painting of walls left streaks and drops of paint. Installed a shower door that is off track and won't close. Grout left all over tile floor and walls, never cleaned or detailed or sealed. Shower niche is not on an angle so water pools. Destroyed our hardwood staircases, needs to be redone costing us thousands of dollars. Drips of seal all over our floors, uneven finish, left old stain behind, didn't have proper tools or experience, left some areas unfinished. Broke our stove, moved it in and out and now electrical doesn't work... can go on and on. This is a terrible company. The project manager - Miguel Ramierz never showed up at our house once to monitor the project, we were forced to handle the workers that were strangers, not valid (Nat Cat would not tell us their name or company name) and did not speak english who were very unprofessional, unskilled and wouldn't complete the work, showed up at all hours, or wouldn't show up. Miguel is a scam artist. We have talked to past clients who experienced the same. They owe us our money back and they are giving us the run around. RUN AWAY, do not work with this criminal company they violated our contract, act to commit fraud, harmed our property and us... list goes on!
