Not a good experience at all
Incredibly hard to reach. Rude customer service. And over a month waiting to get a refund for a cancelled order. This is absolutely not professional. Stay away.
Then the actual order came in and the bike got damaged during transport. Also waiting for a refund on that order. over 8500 euro outstanding from Fahrrad XXL to me. And no solution in sight.
