I am a real person, not a fake bot review. Run away from this office.

Reviews online are strange and repeated. Negative reviews disappear. Beware. Buyer beware.

It’s impossible to list all of the concerns about this provider. I’ll try to highlight the most serious ones:

1. Lack of informed consent. TMJ “treatment” is heavily sold like a timeshare presentation. They’ll fail to discuss accurate risks and side effects or to accurately present what they’re doing.

2. Touching. As part of overcoming objections or to keep emotional control, you’ll be regularly touched, rubbed, caressed, etc by the doctor. It’s horrifying and uncomfortable. The more upset you get, the more it’ll happen.

3. If you start to ask good patient questions, the next tactic will be to use God. He will start talking about Jesus and try to weave biblical concepts into his strong arming. At the peak of it, he will try to cut you off by asking to pray over you. If you say no thank you, he will forcefully continue to talk about praying over you.

4. The staff seem to be new and inexperienced. They follow the “vibe” of the office and will directly lie to you and even engage in what standard offices would call medical malpractice.

5. Other tactics include switching out workers if you ask questions or want clarification. They’ll chaotically bring people in and out of the room or abruptly change their treatment if you begin to ask what they’re doing to you. They also isolate you in a room with a closed door for 1+ hours at appointments.

6. The progress reports you’re expected to complete every 3-6 weeks at each appointment are actually being used as self surveys to “prove” the treatment worked. You won’t learn that until the end. They’ll also do things such as push painfully hard on pressure points at the initial exam and then barely brush their fingers at the final exam to show that you’ve improved.

7. They make you take the final CBCT scan while wearing the appliance. This means your jaw is being artificially splinted for the scan. They’ll use this scan to claim they’ve fixed you.

8. At the end, you will not have been actually treated for anything. You’ll be given paperwork at that point saying you must wear the nighttime appliance for the rest of your life and attend biannual $150 exams permanently to maintain a “warranty.” It is not orthodontic treatment. They are actually achieving an open anterior bite. If you research this, you’ll find that it ironically causes tmj issues in itself. Your back teeth won’t touch.

9. I believe your patient file is being used inaccurately to pressure the next patient and as part of the doctors’ research, both without your knowledge or explicit consent.

Please run away. Save your money. Don’t get scammed. I’m unsure how this office is even legally open and operating. This is only the half of it. I stupidly gave them thousands of dollars. I could’ve received valid orthodontic treatment for less.
