Cow feta is trash
I bought cow feta cheese big container. There are 4 blocks of feta in a row. It was impossible to remove a block as a whole piece because it crumbles terribly. I am Bulgarien and I am ashamed such a trash is made there. Malincho is buying cheep feta. In BG, now, everybody who is not lazy enough opens his own business and make all kind of crap. Now I am buying ITHAKI feta from Restaurant Depot. Malincho feta quality is not even close to Ithaki.
