Inexperienced dr and unacceptable wait times - DISGUSTING SERVICE
I visited the clinic 4 times in the last 8 days with my husband who is very ill with bone cancer and cannot mobilise or sit for long periods. Each time we have waited over 1 hour which is totally unacceptable. the young doctor was obviously just registered and did not have a clue where to find the information he required. He asked me to come back so he could fill in a form - I rang to see if there was a delay in his appts for that day 30 minutes prior to my appt to be told that the dr was on time. When I arrived 30 minutes later I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor who then told me that he could not fill in the form. I am totally disgusted with the service at this clinic and me and my husband will no longer attend this clinic.
