I've been using the PCOS program with Aspect for a while now. I appreciate the personalized coaching and CGM which have helped me understand my health better. I've noticed a decrease in fatigue and better blood sugar control, but don't get my period back yet which is my main goal, hopefully I will have them back soon. It's a helpful program, but I'm still navigating it.
