Deceitful and Liars
They are worse than rats. They don't even attempt to be professional. They are the lowest level of human form (the Sales Manager Farooq).
Hope someone sorts him out. SOB made promises that he couldn't keep and lied until the end. And yes after the money was paid he changed. So many things I expected were not delivered but I took the car anyway because I had already insured and taxed it and handed over the deposit. Also I didn’t want to the see Farooq ugly face again and again or listen to his BS.
The car had new scratches and bumps. After 5 weeks DVLA have not received my V5. I called them and they just lie to me and say I need to wait for it.
Really avoid this place if you want peace of mind.
They are pirates and thieves. They make a living through dishonestly and use references for their religion (Islam) by saying Inshallah and god bless. Shame on these thieves. Not only did you bring shame on yourself but also you family and also your religion.
