The college is there to protect OTs from complaints, they ensure all complaints are taken as trivial, if a registrant has participate in criminal activity the college will protect the OT from criminal charges by managing the crime "in house",
Charmaine Semple will dismiss 90% of the complaint to protect the registrant, even if a client has suffered serious mental harm as a result of OTs active decision on causing the client more harm, which benefits the OT so they can ensure longer ongoing "treatment plans", OTs actively lie regarding they expertise and specialties, which the College actively allows and permits.

So long as your complaint is not criminal there are ZERO consequences to OTs and their gross disregard of the Standards set by the college, this allows OTs to mentally torture their clients, and violate the Standards set by the College. OTs know they can get away with any actions irrespective of the negative outcomes to OTs clients. OTs get a sick pleasure out of causing mental harm and know the college will protect them.
