Ordered eggs online. They were extremely expensive, which is fine for an amazing product. Unfortunately, I received 8 rotten eggs out of 3 dozen. Also ruined significantly more as the first couple I of times I broke them directly in the pan. It was difficult to cancel online, no automatic choice on the account page. Sent a message to customer support. They did cancel, but also referred to them as "rotten". Like I was lying. Everybody knows a rotten egg. Finally, they could not even get my name correct.
