Beware of Poor Communication and Lack of Professionalism.
I’ve been a client of CBS Financial since 2007, but my recent experience has been shockingly unprofessional and frustrating. If you’re considering working with Luis, Asnubil, and the CBS Financial team, please make sure to get everything in writing and avoid making payments until you have all the agreed-upon services confirmed.
We tried to set up multiple meetings to resolve our issue and adjusted our schedules, taking time off work to match their availability (we’re on the West Coast). On three separate occasions, CBS Financial canceled the meetings at the last minute without any notice, costing us both time and money. To add to the frustration, we were asked to pay $2,500 upfront without any clarity on the services or commitment from their side.
Their lack of communication, disregard for client time, and unprofessional behavior made it feel more like a scam than a professional financial service. If you value your time and money, be cautious when dealing with them and ensure you receive proper documentation and a clear line of communication before making any financial commitments.
