Poor customer service and inappropriate attitude (rude). Tried to exchange dance shoes (No refund policy) for another item but was chased out of the shop when query the cost of the intended to buy items. The company policy stated dance school students would receive 10% discount. However, the shop did not honour its own policy, it charges us the full price for the exchange items. We queried the price and instead of explaining and discussing, we were chased out of the shop. The sales lady threated to call the police if we (myself and my daughter) did not go out immediately. There were other customers in the shop at the that time (about 3:45pm). We understand and accept the no refund policy, therefore we tried to exchange. Very unpleasant experience and frightened my daughter. We will never shop in Footlights Dance & Stagewear.
