Website Misleading, Didn’t Call Me Back
I called to see if I could get transportation after surgery to my home, since they won’t allow me to take a taxi.
Although their website says they serve Fort Saskatchewan, there is a catch. They will not drive from Edmonton to provide service within Fort Saskatchewan. I live 1 kilometer from the hospital, so that is understandable, but their website should say that. The Fort Hospital also thinks they do that.
Since I was in desperate need of a ride, I offered to pay what it would cost to transport someone from Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewan. I was more than happy to pay the extra fee to make it worthwhile to them.
I was told she’d call me back. If I recall, her name was Shelly.
She never called me back. I searched all my phone history just to be sure. Not a single return call.
