Signed up to course 29/11/23
Signed up to course 29/11/23 told them i woulnt be able to start till jan-feb then found out i was past cooling off prriod to cancel in may 24, their emails are going to my junk folder and they are not picking up the phone. In arrears for $266 dollars something and their policy is to demand $5200 for courses i have never started. Will take this to the ombudsmen, legal aid and small claims tribunal. I am currently bankrupt did they respect the law? Unsure of what to do and where to start.
