My wife has severe tooth ache, and an infected tooth that needs removing. She attended No.45 3 weeks ago and was proscribed a course of antibiotics to suppress the infection ahead of surgery. The pain and infection have returned and the surgery is still 10 days away - so she contacted No.45 for a further course of antibiotics. On the call - she specifically asked what she would be charged given she needed no further diagnosis. She was told £45. Having attended no.45 this morning and in a lot of distress / pain following a sleepless night - she was charged £110. Given the pain she is in , she was not physically in a sufficiently robust frame of mind to challenge the bill whilst there.
6 members of my family are registered at No.45 as their dentist. And their response - please take your business elsewhere. They are obviously making so much money they can afford to push business away rather than apologise.
