Strongly not recommend
I would not recommend MUSEO Art Academy to anyone, despite the fact that the teachers are skilled and do a great job with the kids. The real problem here lies with the management, which has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.
In particular, they’ve gone out of their way to make it unnecessarily difficult for me to get my daughter’s and son’s artwork—even though I’m the one paying for the majority of their classes. The management has coordinated with my children’s mother to create obstacles around picking up the work. They've been completely inflexible with their policies, giving me the runaround about when and how I can collect the art. It feels deliberate and disrespectful, as if they’re using the artwork to play games, rather than focusing on the students' growth and enjoyment.
In short, while the teachers are doing their best, the toxic management makes the experience not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and look for another studio that values fairness and transparency. You’ll be much happier elsewhere. I would have given zero star if that was an option.
