Nice people, misleading service
Called to review a POSSIBLE issue as extent of water damage was not known. Was told we had extensive water damage, black mold and that it was bad. Once work had started it was obvious to us and contractors that there was no water damage and no black mold. Very disappointing. The upshot is the areas affected are back exactly as they were before the debacle, we are $500 down, my insurance premiums will rise and as the deductible was used if we have have a real issue we're going to pay a lot more up front. One of the contractors advised us to always get a second opinion...which I will always do in future. These guys won't be one of them though.
