can't emphasize enough how great the people are at this company, but the management are not interested in your success.
You will get little to no training and then spend the remainder of your time wandering around asking what needs to be done, and the answer is often "I don't know".
Overall;
1. You will be told to perform inaccurate and nonsensical tasks by management and then immediately told by your coworkers to disregard management. It gets frustrating when you realize that management really doesn't know how to do the job.
2. The nepotism is blatant. You will be reprimanded for doing something that the family of management/owners are doing right beside you. Management will come and have 10 to 20 minute conversations with their relatives while emphasizing that "time is of the essence".
You will also realize that a handful of people are expected to do EVERYTHING with little to no credit.
Ultimately this is a dying industry and the odds of you learning a marketable skill and/or moving up and/or getting a promotion are slim to none.
Once again, the people here are great but they are that way in spite of management. Your best bet is to apply elsewhere.
