I had a serious problem with a roofing company that replaced my roof, was paid in full and then dragged their feet making necessary repairs when we had ceiling leaks. I met with five different companies to make the necessary repairs and chose Roof Revolution.
I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the quality of the work and service provided. The Production Manager Andrew Deibis, was a pleasure to deal with. He was straightforward, answered all our questions and oversaw the job from start to finish. The service quality extends to the Owner of the Company Rick Hanks, who visited our home on a Sunday to take a personal look and prepare the Estimate. It's wonderful and unfortunately not common to see an Owner take a personal interest.
In short Rick and Andrew gave us top notch service and I am grateful for the assistance the Roof Revolution Team provided.
I will call no.one other than Roof Revolution in the future for any roof related matters. If the scale went higher, I would give 6+ Stars!
