Excellent throughout
I have used Aldgate vets since moving into the area over 20 years ago.
My dog was very ill suddenly and was starting to give up when I took her into Aldgate Vets 24 hour emergency hospital, She had tests immediately and it was confirmed she needed a big operation. She was taken into care straight away and made comfortable and I was given time to make sure that I fully understood the choices I had and given the time to make decisions.
I was given a full and honest review on all aspects from the test results , what an operation entailed, the treatment the recovery, the risks involved and the financial commitment, I didn’t feel left in the dark on any aspect. I decided for the operation.
She was looked after very well from the very experienced vets every step of the way with the utmost care.
She is making a very good recovery. All the staff were very compassionate from reception through to the vet nurses to the vets themselves. I was given access to visit each day which was a comfort to both of us.
I can highly recommend.
