Cost me time and money to deal with these idiots

Ordered 16 sheets of hardwood ply, received 16 sheets of warped and delaminated shutting ply 2 days late after chasing up the delivery multiple times. It led to a delay on site of one day for 2 people at a cost to myself of £480 that I can't pass on to the client. The co founder of the company Andrew Haehn said "It's unacceptable and frankly the worst condition of any product I've seen delivered by one of our suppliers since I started Materials Market four years ago." and with his intervention a refund was issued one week after the delivery was first scheduled. No compensation has been offered for my loss. I ended up ordering with the local builders' merchant and it was actually cheaper than materials market. I have never come across such a level of incompetence, lack of respect for the customer, or idiocy. Total and utter shambles.
Update on this, although Andrew Haehn admitted full liability for this and refunded me £100, I am still £380 out of pocket because of his company!
