Unprofessional and Lacking Diligence: Our Experience with Robert Benedictus
Our experience with Robert Benedictus as a building consultant was disappointing. Despite his role as an expert in a binding advisory process, crucial permitting questions were submitted late and through inappropriate channels. This caused delays, which he incorrectly attributed to the municipality of The Hague. Furthermore, the questions were too general, failing to address key aspects of our project.
Given his position as a building inspector and chairman of the expert panel for construction investigations, we expected a higher level of professionalism. The lack of diligence seriously undermined our trust in the advisory process.
We would not recommend his services.
