STM Malta Pension Fund
My flexi access pension was handled by STM Malta. I requested a 25% flexi access payment on my 55th birthday. This was transferred to my preferred bank account without any issues. Recently I have taken the full surrender option at age 57. I applied with approximately 2 months written notice. There was a slight delay withdrawing the investment from the fund. STM apologized for this slight delay, and paid my bank charges to compensate.
Great communication throughout, especially from Clarissa and Dorail. Excellent service and a sound retirement investment option. Highly recommended.
