I certainly plan to visit KFA one day. However, I must express that your receptionist was exceedingly rude on that occasion. When I called and asked who I was speaking to, she responded, "You called me; you should know. KFA is indeed a scam. Since July 2020, I have been waiting for a resolution. Their standard response is, "We will check with management and get back to you." I have requested a refund, yet I have received no response.
